Scripps Research makes no representations that the Site or Content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States of America. Those who access or use the Site from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
You assume full responsibility for any use of any information, goods or services offered on or through the Site. You understand and agree that Scripps Research will not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage arising from the use of any information, goods or services or other Content.
